The Automatic Timing Lock for Caterpillar engines simplifies TDC valve/injection timing when no assistant or dedicated turning tool can be employed. Works on C-7, C-9, C-11, C-13, C-15, C-16, 3179, 3196, 3200, 3300 and 3400 Cat Engines. The Engine Barring Socket for turning over engine, makes adjusting injectors and valve lash easier. Works on Caterpillar 3200/3406 Series C13/C15/C16/3208/3400/3406e/3508/3512/3500 EUI/MUI engines and Mack E-7,E-7 ETEC engine. The Injector Height Gauge is used to Easily and Accurately obtain a dimension of 78.0 ± 0.2 mm (3.07 ± 0.01 inch) on Injector. Works on Caterpillar 3406E, C-15 and C-16 Cat engine. Packge included: 1* Automatic Timing Pin & 1*Injector Height Gauge & 1* Engine Barring Socket Instructions for Use Caterpillar Timing Lock Pin Instructions To install: tighten the Automatic Timing Pin into the timing access hole. Preload the spring by pushing the slide handle forward and turn it clockwise to engage either of the two locking slots. turn engine in direction of rotation until a notice “click” sound is heard. To remove: turn slide handle counter clockwise to release spring tension on the plunger. Unscrew from flywheel housing. Injector Height Adjustment Tool Instructions 1.Turn unit injector adjusting screw clockwise until the correct height is obtained.2. Hold the adjusting screw in this position and tighten locknut. Engine Barring Socket Instructions 1. Insert the tool into the flywheel housing until it engages the ring gear
2. Then attach a 1/2-Inch square drive ratchet or breaker bar and turn.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
