Return Information

We offer 30 Day return policy.

Free return shipping on all items except LTL truck freight items(Most Bumpers, ect.).

Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number.

All retruns must be in original box unopened.

All closeouts and used equipment items are non-refundable and are as described in the auction.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Shipping Information

We ship within 1-3 business days ( Monday Thru Friday) upon receipt of order.

We do not ship to APO/ FPO or Post Office Box addresses on Ebay

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
