Cancellation Policy
• An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

Shipping Terms

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.

• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 10 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
• Special order parts. Products that require longer wait time than usual to be ordered cannot be returned.
• CDs, DVDs (any digital media) and publications or time-sensitive products.
• Electrical components. Due to the nature of certain parts, electrical parts (i.e. lights, relays, switches) may not be returned for a refund.
Reimbursement
If the reason for return is determined to be our mistake, mishandled or otherwise deemed our responsibility after contacting a customer service representative, a refund in full for the part or parts will be issues and return shipping will also be covered.

Return Shipping

If you are approved for a return:

Include your order # or invoice number and indicate the reason for your return. Include the packing slip with your return,and wrap the package securely. Attach the return label from the front of your packing slip and ship to the address on the label. To be eligible for any refund, returns must be in original Nissan labeled shipping packaging including all associated accessories, paperwork, etc. Great and reasonable packaging must be present as to ensure item being returned will not incur any damage. Any item that incurs damage from shipping may not be eligible for a refund. This is up to the sellers discretion.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
