Meropa 460 EP Gear Lubricant, 35 pound Pail by Chevron is a top-performing, premium quality gear oil designed to function in industrial closed gear sets wherein an AGMA 7 EP lubricant is specified.
This product is designed to form a protective film over internal gearbox components, preventing metal-to-metal contact and increasing the efficiency and power output of the respective machine. In addition to a high thermal stability which contributes to its use in gearbox and bearing applications specifying an EP gear oil, this product also minimizes deposits, readily separates water, and prevents rust and corrosion from slowing down your industrial gearbox. This product also may be used in Bijur oil equipment and may be appropriately implemented as a general-purpose lubricant in industrial plants if the application in question requires an EP gear oil.

Features
Meropa 460 by Chevron (formerly known as Texaco Meropa 460) is formulated to minimize the energy consumption of your industrial gearbox - this product also contributes to the overall efficiency of your machine by maintaining a thick film that prevents metal-to-metal contact. This product has excellent resistance to oxidation and as such will maintain its ideal viscosity for long stretches of time. In addition to lasting longer than the average lubricant in your machine, this product will also extend the life of your industrial gearbox by preventing the formation of high temperature compounds which can be corrosive to machine components. This product satisfies the following requirements: AGMA EP 9005-E02, DIN 51517-3 (CLP), MAG Cincinnati, Cincinnati Machine P-35, and U.S. Steel 224.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
