A vice and spanner are all that's needed to assemble professional, reliable hoses -10 size hose and fittings are supplied in this kit to minimise oil pressure loss through the system. We do not recommend hose/fittings smaller than this are used on these models Kit is also available with Mocal G210-10 black Nylon Stainless Steel braided hose and red & blue Aeroquip fittings - both at no extra cost (please state on payment) The kit can be supplied with an extra 1 or 2 meters of hose: 3 meters total length - £17.99 extra 4 meters total length - £35.98 extra For sandwich plate & hose upgrades please purchase the item & request total BEFORE payment is made. Feedback - Please be reasonable - we do not like to give or receive anything but positive feedback. Please note we state a despatch date on all parcels sent but we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail/couriers actions, over which we have no control. Please also note the despatch (within 3 working days) and delivery allowance (7 working days) times stated on the listing. Please consider the packing time, materials and VAT aspect of postage costs. Please do not assume next day delivery as we do not offer this service without prior arrangement. If we deem unfair feedback has been left the person concerned will be reported to eBay and barred from our shop. Most of our products are NOT designed for DIY fitting and in some cases instructions are not included - we state this when applicable. We do not prioritise feedback, due the time consuming nature of the feedback we do them in blocks of 2-300 at a time after orders have been sent & questions answered. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
