At The WheelerShip we work solely with the highest quality factories, all of which are JWL Certified and ISO 9001 certified, some wheels are even VIA or SAE J2530 certified, so our customers can find replacement wheels that are comparable to the original. Photography- In order to help our customers feel confident that they are making a fully informed purchase, we to take high definition pictures of the wheels in house. We also take multiple pictures of each wheel, further clarifying the quality of the entire wheel. We want our customers to know exactly what it is they are buying. Shipping- At The WheelerShip we take the time to stock every wheel, rather than purchase from other distributors once an order is received. This gives us the opportunity to ship wheels the same day that they are ordered, as long as the order is made before 5:30 PM EST. Having our customers receive their wheel as soon as possible is our priority. Price- Price is important to our customers, and although our quality is comparable to OEM, working with manufacturers directly allows us to offer some of the lowest prices you can find! Returns & ReplacementIf you are unsatisfied with your wheel for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the wheel remains in the same condition as it was received. We do not charge restocking fees, though you would be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Wheels must be returned with the original packaging. Please contact a customer service representative to set up an RMA. Please contact us on ebay. Cosmetic warrantyThe WheelerShip offers a limited lifetime warranty on the finish on all of our wheels. This covers paint defects and workmanship. WheelerShip will not replace or repair wheels that have been subject to misuse or outright abuse, which includes but is not limited to the following:
Structural warrantyThe WheelerShip also offers a limited lifetime structural warranty on all wheels. This does not include impact damage, such as bends or cracks. |
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
