30 Day Warranty Parts Only (No Labor will be covered) In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. All electrical parts come with a Warranty Sticker. Warranty is void if sticker is cut, ripped, removed or damaged. Some electrical parts are required to be reprogrammed through a licensed dealer. We do not cover any reprogramming costs If part is ordered incorrectly, or is not needed, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer must pay for shipping the part back. Keep in mind these are not brand new, out of the box parts. These come out of salvaged vehicles. If there is any damage known prior, we make sure to put it in the listing. In the event an item is returned and has been damaged during installation, we will not give a refund. In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace or refund. To return an item you must contact us through eBay Messaging within the 30 Day period to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
