Q: What Is Your Return Policy?A: You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. There will be information included with your order regarding our return procedure. You must contact us prior to returning an item for it to be accepted. In the even that the item is not as described, we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you (US addresses only). as well as issue a full refund of your purchase price. We will file an insurance claim and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, in case of damaged item that is not repairable. You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. In some cases where the item is repairable, and you wish to repair it, we will cover the cost of repair, if it's not exceeding the sale price. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund. Q: What Is The Shipping Cost?A: We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the continental United States on the majority of our items. Exceptions may include extremely large items that are shipped via a freight carrier. Q: Do You Ship Internationally and to U.S. Protectorates?A: We ship to Canada almost all products we offer. If you're from a different country or U.S. Protectorates, you need to contact us about shipping costs prior to purchase. Some items are too large or heavy to ship internationally, please be advised. Please also note that USPS First Class Mail to Canada is not expedited service and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes (if applicable) of their country. Q: Do You Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?A: Yes, but you must contact us for shipping rates prior to purchase. The offered shipping cost in the listing applies only to 48 states. Q: Is Local Pick-up Available?A: Yes, please simply contact us after the purchase. We will remove shipping charges, if you wish to pick it up in Holland, MI. Q: How Long Do I Have to Pay For My Item?A:Your purchase must be paid within 4 calendar days. Please be advised that e-Check payments take up to 4 business days to complete. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
