Purchasing our item(s) you agree to our policy terms and conditions:

FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY:

Ø Please make sure your part number matches EXACTLY to ours as we are NOT responsible for fitment nor the vehicle compatibility that is provided in the auction listing.

Ø Compatibility information is only used as a reference NOT guaranteed to fit the vehicles listed.

Ø If you do not have a part number, do some research, contact the dealership or your mechanic and verify fitment BEFORE purchasing.

ITEM CONDITION:

Ø All our items are in USED condition. This means that the item may have scratches, light scuffs, wear and/or other blemishes.

Ø Buyer is responsible to carefully INSPECT ALL PHOTOS in the listing for condition before purchasing.

Ø What you see is what you get unless stated otherwise. If you do not see something in the photos, do NOT assume that it will be included.

Ø We take photos of all our items before listing them. If you need more photos or unsure of something in the photos, message us before purchasing.

SHIPPING:

Ø We do not offer overnight shipping options, no exceptions.

Ø The shipping companies we mainly use are USPS for smaller items & FedEx for medium sized packages.

Ø We try to ship out SAME DAY if payments are made before 12pm PST.

Ø For large items such as bumpers, fenders, doors, deck lids, hoods, seats etc. we use Greyhound Express. If you are purchasing a large item, it will be shipped to the nearest Greyhound terminal to your location. Greyhound will call you when your item arrives so please provide us a phone number at the time of purchase. You will need to pick up the item yourself from the terminal. GREYHOUND IS NOT DOOR TO DOOR SHIPPING!!! Greyhound shipping normally takes longer than expected (about 10-15 business days) depending on your location.

Ø Freight shipping for heavy items such as Engines and Transmissions:  Engines, Transmissions, Hoods etc. are shipped only to commercial business addresses that can unload the freight item out of the freight truck. If you cannot provide a business address, you may be able to pick up the item from a local freight terminal. For residential addresses, a liftgate service is required and will require additional cost. The cost will be around $100 more, so contact us for a quote prior to purchasing if you do not have a commercial business address. Shops operating at a residence is NOT a commercial address unless it is licensed and is operating in a commercial zoning area. Location MUST have loading dock or fork lift to unload the freight truck. If location is unable to unload the truck, we will not cover the additional fees.

Ø International shipping is ONLY available for small-medium sized packages. USPS is the ONLY shipping method that will be used. If you are not located in the 48 continental states of U.S., shipping will be considered international.

RETURNS:

Ø We accept all returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Ø If you would like to return an item for any reason, you are subject for the cost of shipping both ways . Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ø To avoid these costs, make sure to examine all photos of the item before purchasing.

WARRANTY:

Ø All items are sold with a 30-day warranty unless specified otherwise.

Ø Warranty coverage does not cover shipping expenses or ANY labor costs.

Ø Engines and transmissions come with a 30-day warranty ONLY if they are installed by a CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN.

Ø PLEASE NOTE: Engines are sold as a long block only, as seen in pictures (unless stated otherwise), transmissions are sold separately (not w/ engine). Accessories are not included, but can be purchased separately in our eBay Store. Accessories sold separately for engines include alternators, starters, compressors, steering pumps, coil packs, turbos, super chargers, distributors, throttle bodies, engine wiring harnesses and intake manifolds.
