Return shipping paid by: Buyer Item must be returned within: 30 Days Refund will be given as: Money Back New Returns must be made within 30 days. During the December Holidays, the deadline is extended to Jan. 30th. Returns made without an authorization will delay processing and will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Returned items must be in new, unused condition in their original unmarked manufacturer’s packaging with all parts, hardware and instructions. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been fully/partially installed or used. Products not in refundable condition will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. Shipping fees are ONLY refundable if the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect AND the item(s) is being exchanged for a replacement. If you receive an item in unacceptable condition as a result of damage in transit or a manufacturer defect, request a return authorization and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we've verified the condition of the product, we'll ship you a replacement. Select products may be subject to a restocking charge and will be clearly noted on the product page. For your protection, we recommend that you wrap the item(s) securely and use UPS, FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation put the RGA# on the package. The following items are not returnable: custom or special orders, repair manuals, electrical parts and components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc.) Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets these guidelines, a refund will be issued. Allow up to 5 business days after we have received the products for your refund. If a part doesn't fit, don't try to "make it fit" and risk damaging the part, your car, or yourself! We are not responsible for any costs exceeding the cost of the part. Although we offer Free Shipping, if you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund. |

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
