Shipping Terms
In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and then will be shipped to you. Most of our non stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. A small majority of e parts ordered from the manufacturer could take up to 5-6 business days for us to receive and will be promptly shipped to you. We will message you if we need to order the part to see if you would like to wait or cancel the order.
- Ground shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days to receive, depending on destination.
- Shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have additional shipping charges. APO orders cannot be shipped ground.
- Your order may be shipped Priority or Overnight for an additional cost.
- Oversize shipments will be an additional charge. We will contact you prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- We do not ship COD orders.
Return Policy
Within 30 business days of placing your order, you may return any uninstalled part or core return. No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. All parts must also be returned with all of the original packaging. All official Nissan boxes, bags, etc. must be returned with the item. It must be in new resalable condition. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, lodging expenses or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping / handling charges. If you want us to generate a return shipping label for you, the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are NO returns on airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seatbelts, ecm's, pdm's, bcm's, ipdm's or any electrical component.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
