We are a factory Toyota dealer selling genuine factory (OEM) parts at low prices. If you need a part you cannot find, just message us and we can help you! Frank Motors was established in 1965 by two brothers, Frank and Felice Fornaca. Today, Frank Motors is located on two city blocks in the heart of National City's MILE OF CARS. - If you require any additional information or are concerned about the item fitting your vehicle, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be able to verify compatibility for you (please include your VIN).
- IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REMANUFACTURED ITEMS: Some parts (alternators, starters, steering racks, etc - basically any mechanical item that has a part number with -84 at the end) are factory re-manufactured and considered new as they have not been installed since the manufacturer (Denso, etc) certificated the components. There are very few times when a true "new" version of those items is available from the factory so the re-man version is considered new.
- Please take notice of the "COMPATIBILITY LIST" for the vehicles this part fits, and be sure to check the "Notes" section of the "Compatibility List" for any additional details.
- IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RIGHT (PASSENGER) AND LEFT (DRIVER): Most parts are not the same right and left and the catalog pictures sometime only display one side. The part number determines the side. If you are unsure which side a part is ASK FIRST, please.
- IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PICTURES: The pictures are generated from the factory catalog and sometimes use generic depictions of specific parts. Part number is always the key; if the part number you know you need does not exactly resemble the diagram picture it due to the factory's line drawing be unspecific.
- Some items will require programming or initialization by a Toyota dealership after installation; any fees for that service are not included with the purchase price. An example of items would be: Remote transmitters, Smart Keys, tire pressure sensors (TPMS), ECU, air bag modules, etc.) Additionally, keys cannot be cut prior to shipping due to strict laws and factory guidelines.
Shipping Terms
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business weekday.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1 to 2 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 1 to 2 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take longer to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- Your order may be shipped two-day or overnight for an additional cost. If you require expedited shipping please contact us immediately after your payment or include a note with your order so we can make the arrangement.
- Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer or expedite delivery time.
- We do ship internationally.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING LARGE OR VERY HEAVY ITEMS: Very large (hoods, bumper covers, windshields, floor boards, dashboards, seats, trunk lids, etc.) and very heavy (engine blocks, cross frames, hitches, etc.) may require special shipping and extra freight paid plus a business address for delivery. In those cases you will be notified of your options and or special circumstances after the purchase is complete. Please ask any questions about shipping if you are concerned about an items special needs.
Return Policy
- Contact us to arrange for any returns.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
