The HFP-382HD is the original replacement fuel pump for 2000-2007 Harley-Davidson motorbikes.
- This pump installs directly into the OE Harley-Davidson assembly and does not require canister modifications of any kind.
- The pump is dimensionally and functionally identical to the OE pump motor, originally manufactured for Harley-Davidson.
- The installation kit includes several items designed to extend longevity beyond the original pump. A new ethanol-safe corrugated flex hose and an ethanol safe polyethylene strainer are included. With pump gasoline now infused in most parts of the country with as much as 15% ethanol, compatibility with multiple fuel blends is crucial for all fuel pump components--not only the pump itself.

The Quantum Experience
Quantum Fuel Systems is a US fuel system company that has been around since 1999. Quantum designs replacement pumps for the OEM stock assembly for both modified performance and stock engine applications. Quantum pumps are manufactured to our specifications to balance volume, pressure, and turbine impeller angle to prevent overheating of the fuel, a known issue with other pumps.
Quantum's HFP replacement fuel pumps, modules, assemblies, and kit components are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications, and feature upgrades that improve on the OEM design. Upgraded polymers, brushes, and commutators ensure long life and durability in multiple fuel blends.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
