Is there a need; how can we best fill the need; how bright a light; what color of light; what shape pattern is needed; which housing is best suited for the application? These are just a few of the issues that we address before we really get started prototyping a new lighting unit. We prefer to test them in the real world of high performance racing. Since way back in 1970, feedback from professional drivers has helped steer our designs in the right direction. This open dialog with racers and enthusiasts has helped us to continually refine our thinking, and it shows in the performance of our products. Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping. Most orders are shipped within same business day if received before 1pm EST (or within 1 business day after 1pm) and deliver within 2-5 business days. We may require signature confirmation in certain cases.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment. Returned items must be in original "as new" condition. Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be withheld from the amount refunded. All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse. Credit will not be issued for items received in any condition other than originally described; nor will credit be issued for items that have been returned without following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost. In some cases, the item may still be accepted for return but may be subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed after it has been received by the warehouse

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
