Shipping1. Postal service.
2. Sending. The item(s) will be sent within 1 business day after the payment is received. Business day do not include weekends and national holidays of Ukraine (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May 1, etc.). The buyer will be informed about sending. 3. Delivery. The usual period of delivery is 7-10 days to European countries, 10-15 days to the USA, Canada, Japan, 14-21 days to Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide by Ukrainian postal service or 3-8 days by UPS. 4. Delays. Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the item is delayed in shipping, the buyer should inform the seller about delay. Please allow the seller 1-2 business days to research the situation and possible reasons of delay. 5. Packing. The seller sends the item in packing that guarantees safe delivery by Airmail. All items will be carefully packed.
During the quarantine period, delivery times may differ from standard ones.
Guarantee/Return Policy1. If the item was damaged in shipping (visual damage, loose parts etc.), you must notify the seller as well as the carrier immediately. Any claims of damage after 3 days can be denied by the carrier.2. We offer 60-day (from receiving date) return policy for item that does not match description. In this case, the product must be returned in the same condition, packed in its original postal box with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories (if originally included). Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
