CUSTOMIZED CROSS BARS

Fit For Ford Explorer 2020+ (Sixth Generation U625)

Installation Instructions

1. Use the key to take the covers of the end caps.

2. Use the large allen key to loosen the brackets so that you can clamp it where you would like on your roof. Pay attention to orientation. There is an arrow pointing to front of car.

3. Next step is to get the cross bars adjusted to the width. There are screw holes on the bar and end caps that will need lined up.

4. Loosen the small allen head screw, that is in the end of the black portion of the crossbar, until there is a half inch of screw pulled out. It is now a spring button to adjust the width.

5. Slide the bars into the end caps. Set one side with a screw. Push the allen head screw tab and wiggle each side to pull the black portions out equally on each side.

6. Once you can secure the screw on the opposite side, tighten all allen heads to a good hand tightness. Don’t over do this part. Tight enough to not be able to move any of when pushed and pulled.

7. Reinstall the end cap covers.
