A Must Have Kit
- A manual transmission creates more heat in overdrive, similar to an automatic in overdrive. That is one reason why automatics sometimes have a tow/haul button.
- Temperatures are often 30 degrees higher when towing in overdrive. Fast Coolers reduce the temperatures by 30 degrees with heat dissipating aluminum and 40 to 50% more oil capacity Just bolt it on and add more lubricant.

Package Includes:
- 2 x Pto Cooler
- 4 x Pto Gasket
- 12 x Mounting Bolt
- 12 x Washer
- Warm Prompts: 9/16" or 17mm wrench, oil drain pan and gasket scalper and cleaner are required for installation. (Not Includes!)
Easy & Convenient to Install:
- Place oil pan under PTO cover and remove the bottom PTO bolt to drain.
- Remove the remainder of the bolts and remove the PTO covers.
- Clean the smudge off the magnet that is usually located on the inside of the PTO cover plate or in the bottom of the transmission.
- With both PTO covers removed, the last trace of oil can be removed from the bottom of the transmission.
- Scrape and clean both PTO covers if they are being reused and clean the surface area of the PTO on the transmission.
- Apply RTV sealant between all surfaces and assemble all the pieces with sealant.
- Then carefully position the assembly to the transmissions PTO. Start all 6bolts snuggly then torque to 25lbs.
- If you want to install a temperature sender, remove the /4" plug and install the sender in its place.
- Fill transmission to the proper level, to the bottom of the factory fill plug. This will require approximately 2 additional quarts over the factory requirement.
- A one quart overfill can be achieved by removing the 3/8" fill plug on the fast coolers and adding one additional quart. Overfilling one quart is a common practice by many rebuilders in the industry.
- Final inspections, ensure clearances and proper sealant.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
