Return & Exchange
All products are sold as brand new. We will carefully check all packages before they are shipped out. So, all damaged products are considered damaged during the transit, even though the outer boxes are not damaged.

Do not attempt to do it by yourself since parts after modified cannot be returned or exchanged. Buyers will be responsible for all risks on any installation method.
Please contact our customer service support team immediately WITH PICTURES if you receive a damaged or broken item, so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. We won’t accept any claim after 14 days upon item receive.
After returning or exchanging is accepted, our RMA department will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and also UPS claim will be filed.
