Items deemed Damaged or damaged in transit a photo of damaged item and shipping box are required. A claim is filed, and we pay for return shipping. Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund. Note: Photos do not always represent the actual product. For kits, photo might show entire kit and listing is only for one component. If in doubt, please reach out to our customer service team.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
