In recent testing, the aFe Power stage-2 intake system for the 2013-2014 RAM diesel trucks with the L6-6.7L turbo diesel engine outflowed the factory intake by 48%. This highly engineered system uses a powder-coated heat-shielded air box with a one-piece intake tube. Handling filtration duties is the Pro 5R performance air filter that features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media. The Pro 5R filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The heat-insulating, molded plastic intake tube adapts to the stock intake elbow making it easier for installation. The tube is also engineered for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T.). Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle-free installation. One Piece Powder-Coated Steel Heatshield: A one-piece powder-coated steel heatshield is used to keep the air intake charge cool and dense. Designed to bolt directly to the bottom half of the stock air box, the heatshield incorporates the use of the factory RAM active air. Huge 5" Flange 360 Degree Air Filter: A huge inverted cone 360 degree radial flow air filter is used for maximum flow and performance filtration (98.6% efficient). The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Roto-Molded Tube: Rotomolded intake tube is engineered for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T.). The tube connects to the stock intake elbow for added convenience and quicker installation. Lightweight Aluminum Cover: Creates a stealthy under-hood look while reducing air intake noise. This cover bolts right up to the air intake housing for a simple, hassle-free installation. Hassle-Free Installation: aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations minimizing the use of hardware.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
