Copperhead Nickel Copper Brake Lines by Edelmann

The New Choice for Brake Line Replacement

SUPERIOR PROTECTION - Copperhead is a seamless copper-nickel alloy known as C70600. This material is superior to steel or coated brake lines as it is inherently corrosion resistant.

STRONG AND BENDS BY HAND - Copperhead will bend by hand and is kink resistant allowing the installer to easily maneuver it into position which cannot be done with conventional steel tubing. The material has yield and tensile strength similar to steel but its malleability cuts a brake job in half!

S.A.E. AND I.S.O. - Our lines meet SAE standard J1047, J1677 and ISO 4038, meeting all U.S and international requirements for brake tubing.

WHAT YOU NEED - Nothing compares to Copperhead for reliability, strength and ease of installation. Available in all popular domestic and import sizes, Copperhead has the brake line for your job!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Since it is so easy to bend can it be strong enough?

-Absolutely. Copperhead goes up to 4,200 PSI working pressure and 17,000 PSI burst strength on 3/16” lines.

If it bends so easily, won’t it kink?

- Actually because the material is more malleable than steel it is less likely to kink.

Is Copperhead difficult to work with?

- No, in fact it is easier to work with than any other type of tubing. You can bend it by hand!

Is it really that corrosion resistant?

-Yes, in fact similar materials found on the Titanic 72 years after sinking in the ocean showed no visible effects from salt water corrosion!
