How To Order

Step 1: Click “Buy It Now” (We highly suggest contacting your local dealer’s part department and they can give you the part number you need, as well as the paint code to your vehicle using your VIN number. We have the part numbers for this item listed in our item specifics of the ad for you to verify. We are unable to verify you are ordering the correct part.)

Step 2: After you purchase, please send us an EBAY MESSAGE with your PAINT CODE and we will reply with confirmation that we have received your paint code.  It is the buyers  responsibility to get us their paint code in a EBAY MESSAGE.  We will reply when it is received.  

Step 3: You will receive a Fedex tracking number once the item ships out.

What If There Is A Problem

We have a return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. 

Although we achieve the BEST color match of any of our eBay competitors, it is impossible to match 100% perfect. Due to the chemical breakdown of paint over time a color tone difference is likely. (Does not matter if your car is new or garage kept). If, by some improbably accident, we ship you a completely different color, we will ship you a new part. 

We strive for 100% positive feedback, so if there is any problem with paint or shipping, please contact us first so that we may provide you with purchase satsifaction.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
