Warranty Genuine Mercedes Benz products come with a 1 year parts warranty for defective items only. This does not include wear and tear on the item. Mercedes Benz customers may obtain parts warranty at ANY local dealership provided they have a receipt of purchase within the warranty time frame. The Mercedes-Benz Spare Parts and Over-The-Counter Parts Warranty covers only Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts originally purchased from an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership. Reimbursement for labor for the repair or replacement of parts which were originally sold over the counter, if the subsequent repair is performed at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer. Return Policy
At RBM of Atlanta, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly take the necessary courses of action to satisfy you. We will exchange any unused and unmolested product(s) within 30 days so long as it arrives to us in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning a product that he/she did not want. All buyer returns after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE before contacting us with concerns or possible missing items within. We will ship two (2) orders in one box pending that they will fit.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
