Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received during normal business hours up until 5PM EST. Orders are not processed after this time, or during close of business days. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM EST, will be processed the following Monday.
International Customers
We do not ship internationally. If an order is placed, and the country is listed outside of the United States, and we need to cancel the order, the cancellation policy above will be applied.
Disclaimer
Some parts on your order may have updated part number information. Our parts specialists will verify and ship out the updated replacement at our discretion. In the meantime, the updated replacement part number will be provided on the packing list and invoice.

Shipping Terms
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend orders will be processed the following business day.
- Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. For example, an order sent “2 Day Air” on a Friday would arrive Tuesday.
- Your order may be shipped overnight for an additional cost.
- We do not ship orders C.O.D.
- Hazmat items carry an extra Hazmat fee, and cannot be shipped air freight. This includes, and not limited to airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, and brake boosters.
- We do not accept international orders at this time. We only ship to US customers.
- We are more than happy to ship parts to members of our military, serving our country overseas.
Core Policy
- Some parts offered on our website have a “core charge” applied. This is a refundable charge the manufacturer applies certain parts, ensuring the old part will be returned back to us.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cores back to us, including shipping costs.
- Cores must be returned in the original Toyota packaging from the new part. Toyota does not accept or pay us for any cores not returned in the Toyota packaging.
- Cores must also be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts and drained.
Return Policy
Please follow these procedures for a No Hassle Return on your part(s)
We want all our customers to have a No Hassle Return on all returns, but we need you to make sure to follow our 3 simple requests below: Thank you for your understanding and your Business!
1) - Prior to return please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning part(s)
2) - All parts must be in the original package and not installed on vehicle
3) No returns after 30 days
All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. There are no returns on airbags or electrical items, if the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). We appreciate if you can just follow these policies to make this a no hassle return policy. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned back to you since we can't put back in stock and won't be able to return back to Toyota. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
