Idemitsu ATF Type H-Plus
Engineered for and meets requirements of Honda A/T with DW-1 and Z-1 specs
Idemitsu ATF formulations are exclusively designed to meet the needs of specific Asian vehicle transmission applications. Each formula uniquely differs with respect to viscosity, oxidation prevention, friction durability, aeration control and wear protection. Since an ATF touches every component in a transmission, internal material compatibility is critical, and Idemitsu offers the assurance that each Idemitsu ATF formulation has been evaluated and approved for acceptable material compatibility.
Idemitsu ATF and CVT transmission fluids are factory-fill quality products engineered to meet the most stringent requirements of all Japanese brands.
What Vehicles use this Fluid?
- Formulated to meet the specific requirements of Honda and Acura vehicles equipped with conventional (non-CVT) 5 and 6 speed transmissions through the current model year

The Case for Vehicle-Specific ATF
New transmissions are being designed with more gears for better efficiency. This results in a need for lubricants that have specific characteristics.
With the increased number of gear sets, and smaller clutch packs and plates, Automatic Transmission Fluids (ATFs) must provide a precise balance of frictional properties that allow proper clutch heat transfer and wear protection.
Increased use of the torque converter lockup clutch requires controlled friction properties that deliver significant efficiency improvements.
These friction requirements require a calculated balance between friction modifier, a robust combination of antioxidants and engineered base oil to deliver the performance required for smooth vehicle launches and shifting.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
