Removal Tip

To remove the iOttie Adhesive Dashboard Pad, pull up on the tab slowly. If you feel a lot of resistance, slide dental floss or a plastic knife under the pad to help loosen the seal.

Acrylic Tape sticks to almost all textured flat surfaces.

We strongly recommend using a Dashboard Pad to prevent possible damage that may occur if you apply suction cup directly to your dash.
This is a semi-permanent solution; each pad is one-time use only. Once removed, it may not be reusable.

Superior Stick The Adhesive Dashboard Pad offers updated adhesive strength. The underside of the pad is a high quality acrylic tape which provides a strong grip on dashboards. This feature allows the Adhesive Dashboard Pad to hold onto almost all flat Dashboard Surfaces.	Universal Compatibility This Adhesive Dashboard Pad is compatible with all iOttie Dashboard mounts for smartphones. To install; first select the location you would like to apply and clean to remove any dust or debris. Peel the plastic cover off the Adhesive Dashboard Pad and put onto dash, rubbing firmly over surface to ensure a strong adhesive grip.	Semi-Permanent, not Reusable The Adhesive Dashboard Pad is a semi-permanent solution which once removed cannot be reapplied. This allows for a stronger grip to your desired mounting location, holding fast to your dashboard until you need to remove it. Let the adhesive set for 30 minutes before installing Dashboard Mount. For initial installation, we recommend that Dashboard and Adhesive Dashboard Pad be above 40 ° F.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
