Instructions: Crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken: A delicious Asian-style meal ready in 30 minutes or less. Serves 4. Ingredients: 2 Large egg whites; 5 Tablespoons cornstarch; 1 Pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces; 1 Cup vegetable oil; 1/2 Cup chopped bell pepper; 1/2 Cup chopped onion; 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks; 3/4 Cup La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce. Prepare: Whisk together egg whites and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat to 375 degrees F. Fry chicken in batches until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towel-lined plate. Set chicken aside. Carefully pour all but 1 tablespoon oil out of skillet into heat-proof container; discard extra oil. Add peppers and onions to skillet and saute until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in pineapple, chicken and sauce and cook until bubbling. Serve immediately. Cook's Tips: For a quick side, serve chicken over rice seasoned with La Choy Soy Sauce. Use as a dip with your favorite eggroll or crab rangoon. Marinate your favorite protein to add Asian flavor to any meal. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
