LIMITED WARRANTY - Purchase any of our quality products and if for any reason you decide that the part does not suit your application or just isn’t for you, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly issue you a refund. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging (packaging must still be factory sealed if that's how you received it), accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full credit. All of our products are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of sale.
DISCLAIMER - There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective or improper use of products.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY - Parts Plus 417, LLC ( eBay user ID: youroutdoorwarehouse) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages including personal injury, loss of income, or labor costs, arising out of the purchase or use or a product listed. In no event shall our liability exceed the price of the original, unaltered product. RETURNS - I offer free returns as mentioned in my return policy when I've made a mistake (sent the wrong item, the item is broken, etc.), which has caused the reason for return. When the buyer has requested a return for an item due to his/her mistake (ordered too many, did not verify proper fitment with a dealership prior to his/her purchase and ordered incorrect item, simply changed his/her mind, etc.) I will deduct the both the original and return shipping charges from your refund, even though the listing shows I offer free returns. Again, free returns are only free when I've made the mistake that's caused the reason for return. |
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
