1. Damage in transaction, email us the photos of the damaged with the packing material. We will reship another one with 2-3 days, please still keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.
2. Wrong parts, either we shipped the wrong parts or you order the wrong parts. Please advise your VIN NUMBER, MODEL YEAR, and ENGINE SIZE. If you can provide us the photos of your car that will help us to determine your need. Advise us the parts number, (normally it is inside the box with the plastic packing material) we do not want to repeat the mistake. So we can server you better. If we shipped the wrong parts, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to get it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may need to ship it back and pay another shipping & handling fee for the second time shipping.
3. Some of the items may require professional skill to install, we strong recommend you have professional person to help. Also some parts may need to paint to match your colors. Please inspect this item and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. We do not accept claim if you have installed/painted in your car. Some parts may be shaped, you should be always careful when take it out from the packing material. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
