It is up to the buyer to make sure that any parts they buy from me are suitable for their cars.  I do endeavour to describe my goods accurately and honestly. I am more than happy to answer any questions however trivial or supply more photographs - it is better to ask questions before the auction ends rather than afterwards to save time and money for both parties. The buyer must carefully check my description, part number(if supplied) and photograph before bidding. I never use library photos - all my photos are of the actual item for sale. Be aware that there may be variations of a part due to your car being an import or by part superceeding etc. I accept no responsibility for any damage/injury caused by fitment of the parts I sell. If in doubt please seek professional help when fitting parts.

PAYMENT
For UK buyers I accept payment by means of Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer and cash on collection by arrangement. For International bidders I prefer payment by Paypal but am willing to accept other means by arrangement.

POST AND PACKAGING
I am happy to combine purchases to save postage - in the event of a buyer buying multiple items from me at the same time I will send a new invoice with revised postage and packaging costs. I try to be green so I recycle packaging wherever possible or make my own boxes from larger scrap pieces of cardboard. But rest assured I do package very well and above all my priority is making sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition!

Delivery within the UK will be by first class/first class recorded or special delivery, heavier/bulkier items will be sent by standard parcels/Parcelforce or even courier.

Delivery outside of the UK will usually be by Royal Mail Airmail. However bear in mind if the weight of the parcel is over 2KG delivery starts to get very expensive!

I usually post within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. I am happy to try and meet deadlines if you email me beforehand.


RETURNS
I will accept returns providing the item is returned to me in the condition it left me within 7 days. I will refund the buyer in full minus postage both ways. However if there is an error on my part then I will refund postage too.

FEEDBACK
Once you have received your item and are satisfied please leave me positive feedback, this lets me know that the item has arrived safely and you are happy. Once you have done this I will reciprocate and leave positive feedback. If there is a problem, please contact me first and I will sort it out! When transaction is complete satisfcatorily I delete all data/emails to do with the transaction. I do not operate any mailing lists nor do I send out unsolicted email.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
