Orders ship the same business day if the order is received before 12:00 P.M. EST. Tracking numbers are provided the same day at the end of the day. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground in the lower 48 states with a time of arrival between 1-5 business days free of charge as long as you provide a physical address. If you provide a PO Box for address your order will ship via FedEx Smartpost and delivery times cannot be guarantee. Orders to Canada are shipped Via Fedex International Ground or USPS International Priority and in most cases arrive within 7-14 business days. If you provide a PO BOX for address in Canada more likely your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. At the moment we only ship in the lower 48 states. Shipping Surcharge is applied to orders in Canada.
If an order is returned to Us because of an invalid address, buyer will be responsible for the shipping price not to exceed $20 and $20 to ship it again. Canada Orders would Have a shipping price not to exceed $50 and $50 to ship it again. Please make sure your paypal address has the most updated address before placing the order. We only ship to paypal confirmed address.
For International orders import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility; please check with your country customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.

Our return policy period is 30 days from the day you receive the product. Exchange or Refund Claims can be filed up to 30 days after the package has been delivered.

Any Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will cause a delay on processing the return and your refund.

If a package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued after a claim has been filed and approved by the shipping company.
If an incorrect item is received, please email us right away. We will issue a return label for you to send the product and arrange to have the correct item shipped. We will cover the shipping costs both ways.
If you purchased the wrong item by mistake and you would like to return it, you are responsible for shipping both ways. (Re-Stocking fees of 15% may apply)
Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. If the returned product does not meet this condition you will be subject to a 0$ re-stocking fee or charges for shipping to return the product back to you.

Q: What warranty do you offer? A: All Fog Lights and Day Running Lights carry a 1 year limited warranty from the manufacture. The Bulb has a 30 Day Warranty.
We will provide Warranty Service to all Fog Lights and Day Running Light products that malfunction or stop working due to a manufacturers defect, or normal wear and tear. Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as a crash or impact to the light, or an improper / faulty installation is not covered.
