Steeda's high velocity cold air intake earns it's name due to the exclusive velocity stack design.
The radiused entry of the velocity stack design increases and straightens airflow into the mass air for greater power and a cleaner MAF signal.
With a clean MAF signal you get better drivability than other designs and makes it easier to tune resulting in better power and the best drivability possible.
Includes a serviceable lifetime dual cone air filter that can be cleaned and re-oiled, but the big news here is that we've streamlined the airflow in the V6 S197 Mustang to the point that a computer re-flash isn't just an option, it's required! Check out the SCT X4 - the perfect tool for the job!
Steeda's intake is supplied with a stainless steel air box and CNC billet aluminum mass air meter. It mounts in the factory location with the supplied rubber trim to seal it against the hood & fender to keep the hot air isolated from the filter. Our tests showed inlet temps a mere 10 degrees above ambient temperature. The Steeda Lifetime Filter can easily be cleaned and re-oiled, making maintenance a snap. All hardware required for installation is included in the kit.
We've found between 16 -20 more rear wheel horsepower with this kit combined with the required SCT tune. Power you can feel!

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
