TACKLIFE Welding Helmet With Excellent Performance!

weilding hood

1. Top Optical Clarity 1/1/1/1: Most manufacturers haven’t achieved the 1/1/1/1 score yet, particularly in the U.S. But TACKLIFE Welding Helmet did it!

2. Super Large View Area: 3.94"x2.87" inch (100 x 73 mm), this welding mask provides more clear and bright field of view and good ventilation.

3. Full Shade Range: Passive Filter with Permanent shade 13 to UV/IR, combined with three-layered auto dimming LCD shutter for best eye protection, providing sufficient and full shade range within 3/3-8/9-13 (not just 4/5-9/9-13).

4. Four Premium Arc Sensors: offering super-fast switching time (switch from light to dark in 1/25000 seconds) and accurate auto shading can minimize radiant bypass, avoiding eye stress.

5. Comfortable Design: There are multiple adjustment joints ensuring the helmet can fit your head perfectly, offering better comfort.

6. PA Material: PA material is lighter, with better impact resistance and fire resistance than common PP material.

7. Standard Meets: EN 379 CE, ANSI /ISEA Z87.1,AS/NZS 1338.1,CSA Z94.3 safety standards.

About the strobe effect:

If the helmet has the stroboscopic effect, please adjust the sensitivity knob and the delay knob.

Decrease the sensitivity and delay the reaction time.

Q&A

Q: What does "optical clarity 1/1//1/1" mean?

A: The most important feature of an auto darkening welding helmet, next to comfort, is how well one can see through the lens. The term used to describe this feature is Optical Clarity. It's judged on four different metrics: Accuracy of Vision (Optical Class), Diffusion of Light (Light Scatter), Consistent Shade (Homogeneity) and Angular Dependence. The best rating for each of these metrics is a 1, the worst rating is a 3. Most helmets made by a well-respected manufacturer will typically score at least 1/1/1/3, and a high-end helmet will score a 1/1/1/2 and sometimes a 1/1/1/1. The last metric, angular dependence, is typically the most difficult to reach a perfect score. Most manufacturers haven’t achieved the 1/1/1/1 score yet, particularly in the U.S. But TACKLIFE Welding Helmet did it!

Welding is not an easy process, especially when you think about welders who wear a helmet for the better part of an eight- to 10-hour shift, sometimes working on exotic, thin, or expensive materials. For the welder to be able to perceive subtle variations in the ever-changing arc and weld puddle, the clearer the view, the better. When you weld, you constantly adjust your angle and travel speeds based on changing conditions at the arc. As a result, the capability to clearly view what is going on in the weld puddle will help you deliver more accurate end results, with higher-quality welds. What’s more, optical clarity plays a role in welder productivity. If you’re looking through a distorted lens with impurities and inconsistent shade, your eyes will strain to see what you are doing, causing you to work harder. Viewing your welds through a clearer, better-quality lens will allow your eyes to work longer and also put less overall strain on your body.

Q: Why does it flash accidentally?

A: Pls check, did you decrease the sensitivity and delay the reaction time when you don't use it? And remember to put back the welding helmet into the bag comes with. If you skip these steps, the battery may be dead soon.

Q: Where could I buy outer replacement lens?

A: The lens are standard size. You could buy replacement lens very easily.
