In view of the previous feedback from the guests is not very good, please confirm whether there is installation problem before purchase.
Two main problems:
1. Bracket or Crossbar installed reversely, the holes will not be lined up and There will be wind noise.
2. The crossbeam cannot be fixed on the vertical bar well.(correct install showed in picture). Any installation problems please contact us.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
