All orders are delivered through FedEx.

Order Processing and Handling Time

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1 business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST are not processed until the following business day. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on nationally observed holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments FedEx tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on eBay.com.

Additional delivery days may apply in some instances, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, oversized items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.

Shipping Charges and Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are adjusted as changes are applied to your cart.

Sales tax applied to your order is a combination of state and local taxes, determined by the item(s) in your order, shipping charges or discounts, and the shipping destination. For further tax information, see our Tax Policy.

Exceptions and Regulations

Shipping is only available within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

We presently do not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 90 days of the invoice date unused or uninstalled item(s) from your eBay order, unless otherwise noted.

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received, typically within 3 - 5 business day(s). You will receive notifiation after the return has been processed.

Damaged Items

If item(s) in your order arrived damaged or were damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can process your return appropriately.

Return Shipment

Items being returned must be in resalable condition, unless an item is defective, and in its original packaging (including everything that was included with the item, such as mounting hardware, instruction sheets, etc.).

You are solely responsible for checking and following the shipping and packaging requirements of the carrier used to make the return. If item(s) being returned are not defective and have a total purchase price greater than $100, we recommend you insure the shipment for the purchase price of the item(s) as we are uanble to process returns of items damaged in transit back to us. Please note the cost of insurance is not refunded.

Refund Exceptions & Core Returns

Liquid items and Battery cores can only be returned to a Pep Boys Location. The Returns Processing Center is unable to process returns of liquid items. Please contact us to coordinate your return to a store.

Cores, excluding batteries, that contain any fluid, such as power steering pumps, air conditioning compressors, etc., must be drained before they are returned. We are unable to process returns of non-battery cores that have not been drained of fluid.

In the event your item(s) do not qualify for a refund based on the terms of this eBay Return Policy, we will notify you via email and you must contact us to make arrangements to have the item(s) returned to you at your cost. If such arrangements are not made within 30 days from the date of the notice, we may dispose of the item(s) at our discretion.

Shipping Refunds

If you paid a shipping charge and you decide you do not want the item or you purchased the item in error, the amount charged for shipping will not be refunded. If you paid a shipping charge and the item is defective or we made an error of some kind, the amount charged for shipping will be refunded.

Any item you purchased that did not qualify for free shipping does not qualify for flat-rate return shipping to the Returns Processing Center. If the flat-rate return shipping label is used, the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund of State Sales Tax

In some states, sales tax is non-refundable without a receipt or after a state-specified time period. If your purchase was made in one of those states, the refund of any sales tax will be in accordance with applicable state law.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
