  • When installing, the gap between the product needs to be aligned with the exhaust pipe, otherwise it will affect the operation of the exhaust pipe and cause the exhaust gas to be unable to discharge.
  • Install in the direction of the arrow, and the wrong installation direction has no effect.
  • If other energy-saving devices are installed in the vehicle itself, the effect may not be obvious.
  • Please look for our brand XIYUE and packaging (package including instructions for use), and avoid damaging the vehicle by buying inferior products (aging or rusting) containing iron or plastic.
  • Before installation, it is recommended to wear gloves to avoid scratches. You can refer to our installation video to complete the first installation.

Suggested Installation Position

  • Install a preferred installation point 1 (Throttle)
  • Installation point 2 is a plastic cartridge for air filtration (2 can be installed at installation point 1 and installation point 2).
  • Installation 2 can also be installed at installation point 3 and installation point 4 (Both ends of hose)
  • If only one is installed, it is recommended to install it at the throttle.
  • If you want to achieve the best results (Large displacement vehicles), it is recommended to install in the above 4 positions.
  • If your vehicle uses other energy-saving parts, the effect may not be obvious.

  • Before Purchasing

  1. You need to understand the installation location diagram and install according to our recommended installation location.
  2. You must measure the inner diameter of the planned installation location (There is an example of measurement) and purchase products within the corresponding size range.The product can be adjusted 1-5mm (About 0.04-0.2 inch), 1mm = 0.04 inch,Pinch it to the minimum and tuck it in the right direction to make it.Automatically pops up against the wall of the tube,and will not loose and fall off.
  3. It is recommended to install 1-2 additional devices for vehicles with small displacement, and 4 locations for large displacement. (Professionals at the repair shop may be required to raise the vehicle for installation).
  4. A more detailed installation description is in the English manual, including 4 example installation locations.

  • Installation Notes:

Before installation, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the battery negative (Black line). Role:

speed up sensor identification (Intake value adjustment), speed up the effect.

  • Please pay attention to the displacement model:

1.4L The following common specifications Φ 41-46mm / 48-53mm

1.6L / 1.8L / 2.0L normal diameter Φ 54-59mm;

Japanese and German series:

2.5L four-cylinder commonly used specifications Φ 60-65mm;

2.5L six-cylinder commonly used specifications Φ 67-72mm;

3.0L-4.0L with conventional format Φ 73-78mm

Korean car 2.0L commonly used specifications Φ 60-65mm,

The above as a reference, when installed, the best measurement of air filter inlet pipe diameter shall prevail.
