We take PayPal and most major credit cards. We regret to inform all repeat customers that we are no longer permitted to use the bartering system when working out payment. All our homes are overcrowded with chickens and various livestock already. So we gotta take legal tender from now on. We're sure you understand, though we feel your disappointment.

Shipping

We ship fast via all the major logistics routes, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If you have a particularly preference, just reach out to us, and we?ll do our best to accommodate you. An additional charge may apply for particular shipping options. Personally, I prefer pony express, but these days it just isn?t as cost effective as it once was. Shucks!


You won't have to sign for your package unless it is a Freight Shipment or you specifically request it, cause the worst thing ever is missing a package and having to go pick it up somewhere that isn't your home. Am I right? But if you're concerned about package pirates and the like, we completely understand. Just let us know, and we'll require a signature.


Again, ALL Freight Shipments must have a signature required upon delivery, so if you're buying something that is so large it must ship Freight, make sure someone will be at the address to sign for your sweet new part.


If you're paying using PayPal we are required to ship to the verified PayPal shipping address, so make sure dat address is up-to-date, ya'll! And if we're shipping internationally, out of the States, as they say, we, Midwest Aftermarket, are not liable for any Duties and/or Tax charges that might occur from shipping across international borders.

Returns

We pride ourselves in making sure you the customer receive the right part, get it fast, and that it arrives in perfect condition. Should you need to return a product purchased in the last 90 days, we will gladly make it right. Make sure you still have the original packaging. Also, we are unable to accept any returns on installed products, so inspect the part before you install it just in case.


All returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee to help keep us all honest. And make sure to contact us BEFORE you send the part back so you can get an RMA number. We cover all return shipping via UPS and/or FedEx because we value you as a customer and want to make sure you get the right part for your vehicle.


We cannot accept a returned item unless it has an RMA issued for it, and we will not issue a refund until the product has been received and reviewed by us. Now that all the technical dets are out of the way, should you have any issues, just reach out to us. We'll do our very best to make it right.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
