Nordstroms Automotive offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all parts come with a 30 day return period and a 199 day replacement limited warranty.

The buyer is responsible for shipping any returns, defective items, or warranty items at their cost. Nordstroms will ship the replacement warranty items at our cost, back to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns must be authorized in advance by Nordstroms Automotive staff before shipping the item. Please contact us for any questions on this policy. Any items shipped to locations outside of the Continental US States are not returnable for money back guarantee or warranty replacement.

Sales Tax:

Nordstroms Automotive applies a state sales tax charge on all orders shipped to an address in South Dakota or picked up at our store in Garretson, SD. All other state sales taxes are charged to the buyer via Ebay.

When a core fee is charged, we will send a return label included with the original replacement item.
Please attach the return label and send the core back in the original shipping box. If you need a replacement label, please contact us. To ensure you receive proper credit for your core, the provided label must be used for the core return.
Within 2 business days of the core arriving back to our warehouse, we will refund the core charge from your original purchase.

Returns Policy
