Diesel Engine Value Package for Semi-Trucks is our best value to bring engine to peak operating levels, and includes: Comes with (2) Cerma STM-3 6-oz Diesel Engine Treatment Fifteen (15) Gallons of CERMAX Synthetic 30,000 Mile Motor Oil One (1) 6-oz- Bottle of Manuel Transmission Treatment I) The Cerma Protocol: 1. Use treatment first! Add treatment to existing oil (not Cerma Oil) 2. If your engine has less than 50,000 miles, add only 6oz of the Engine Treatment to your existing engine oil. If 50,000 plus miles then add both 6oz bottles. To add to the engine oil, best method is to add when engine is warm and while it is running at idle. If blow back is present, shut off engine, add treatment to oil and start engine immediately. After adding, do not shut off vehicle. Idle at 2000 rpms for 2 to 3 minutes and then drive car for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes. It is preferred to drive in city stop and go traffic for the first 10 minutes, then freeway or high speed driving for 10 minutes. Cerma uses all rpm ranges to provide proper distribution of the technology. 3. Put a minimum of 3,000 miles after adding engine treatment and before oil change interval (next step). 4. Change oil using CERMAX Motor Oil. (Do not utilize any other additives while using Cerma branded Oils) 5. Your part of the process is now complete. Over the next 90 days of driving, the Cerma process will complete its process on its own. ***IMPORTANT: DO NOT ADD TREATMENT AND CERMAX OIL AT THE SAME TIME! ADD TREATMENT, DRIVE A MINIMUM OF 1,500 MILES AND THEN CHANGE OIL WITH CERMAX MOTOR OIL.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
