Ground Shipping
Most orders are shipped (Regular Ground shipping) within 3-4 business days from confirmation of your order and payment must clear within 48 hours. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing large parts can still qualify for free shipping. However, these are large items that require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight co. where delivery times usually range from 5-8 business days. While we are happy to offer parts to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer.( We do not ship to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box. )

All returns and exchanges MUST be preapproved by our returns department in advance of shipping the part back to us. An approval number will be issued to you and must accompany the returned order. If a part does not fit or is otherwise unsuitable for the stated purpose due to a mistake on our behalf, and the order was placed after our technical department previewed the order, we will bear all shipping and handling charges to return the part to us and get the right part to you. If the order was not previewed by our technical department you will be responsible for shipping charges for the part back to us and for shipping the correct part to you. If you want a refund instead of an exchange, all orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the cost of shipping the part back to us for orders that were not previewed.
We will accept authorized returns/exchanges within 3 calendar days of receipt by the customer.
Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, additional repair expenses or expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Returns Policy
