Rooftop cargo carrier

Warning:

  • DO NOT lift or take down the carrier bag full of luggage by pulling up the rack straps attached to the bag.
  • CHECK whether the weather straps could be peeled away before use door hooks. If it is glued to the door frame, DO NOT use door hooks.
  • INSPECT for signs of wear and damage BEFORE each use. DO NOT use if worn or damaged.
  • DO NOT EXCEED your vehicle’s rated roof capacity.
  • DO NOT attempt to modify your rainproof cargo bag or any of the system components.
  • Sharp objects must be properly wrapped and secured so as not to puncture the cargo bag.
  • DO NOT use your rainproof cargo bag to transport people, animals, flammable liquids, or for purpose other than those for which it was designed.
  • Remove your cargo bag when not in use and before entering automatic car washes.
  • Check local and state laws governing projection of objects beyond the perimeter of a vehicle. Be aware of the width and height of your cargo since low clearance branches, bridges, and parking garages can affect the load.
  • Your rainproof cargo bag will not prevent property damage that may result from improper loading, securing, or driving.
  • ALWAYS obey all posted speed limits and be aware of traffic conditions. Adapt your speed to the conditions of the road and the load being carried.
  • ALWAYS remove your cargo bag from your vehicle after unloading.
  • The proper attachment of this product in accordance with the enclosed instructions is critical to its proper performance. See instructions for proper attachment, proper usage, and important safety messages.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
