Instructions: . Refer to the vehicle manufacturer for the recommended change intervals, cooling system capacity, recommended concentration, and specific cooling system service instructions. If using a cooling system cleaner; run the cooling system cleaner prior to installing this kit. Collect used antifreeze/coolant and dispose according to local laws and regulations. Read entire instructions before beginning. To Install:. 1. Make sure the engine is cool and carefully loosen the cooling system pressure cap to release any pressure, and then retighten the cap. 2. Identify the heater inlet hose and locate a relatively straight section of the hose away from the hot exhaust system. 3. Install the Flush & Fill Tee. a. Cut the heater hose in the identified straight section of hose. (in step 2). b. Slide the Hose Clamps over two ends of the cut hose. c. Install the Flush & Fill Tee that provides a snug fit in the hose. (discard the unused tees). d. Tighten the hose clamps. Do not over tighten. To Back-Flush:. 1. Make sure the engine is cool and remove the cooling system pressure cap and the flush & fill tee cap. 2. Attach the Back-Flow Preventor Coupler to the flush and fill tee and garden hose. (Black end to the flush & fill tee, Yellow end to the garden hose). 3. When appropriate attach the Splash Deflector Tube into the cooling system fill neck. 4. Open the radiator drain. 5. After the radiator has drained, turn on the water supply and verify that water is flowing from the cooling system fill neck and radiator drain. Be sure that everything is away from the rotating parts of the engine before proceeding. 6. Start the engine and set the heater controls to high. Run at idle until the water flowing from the fill neck and radiator drain runs clear. This should take about 5 minutes, but Never Run Longer Than 10 minutes. 7. Shut off the engine and turn off the water supply. Remove the splash deflector tube, garden hose, and backflow preventer coupler. After the radiator has drained, close the radiator drain and install the flush&fill tee cap. To Fill:. 1. Determine how much Prestone Antifreeze/Coolant concentrate to install to achieve a minimum 40%, maximum of 70%. 2. Fill the system with the determined amount of Antifreeze/Coolant (in step 1) and top off with water. (Refer to the vehicle manufacturer for fill procedures). 3. If the system has an overflow reservoir, flush out the reservoir with water and fill to the proper level with the correct concentration Prestone Antifreeze/Coolant. 4. Start the engine and set the heater controls to high. Run at idle for 10 minutes after reaching operating temperature while checking for leaks. 5. After 1 week of normal use check the coolant concentration with an antifreeze tester and top off with Antifreeze/Coolant and/or water as needed.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
