Product Description

The air suspension compressor is the heart of an air suspension system, that’s usually attached to the car frame and found under the hood. It draws in outside air, compresses it, and uses the compressed air to fill the air springs to “lift” the vehicle’s chassis from the axle.It controls the pressurization and depressurization of the pneumatic system. Without the air compressor, the entire suspension system would not be able to function.

Symptoms of a Bad or Failing Air Suspension Compressor!


1.Noticeably lower vehicle ride height One of the first and most common symptoms of a problem with the air suspension compressor is a noticeably lower vehicle ride height. If the compressor is worn or is having a problem, it may not be able to adequately inflate the air bags and the vehicle may sit and ride noticeably lower as a result.	2.Compressor works erratically or not at all Another symptom and a more serious issue is a compressor that does not come on. Most air systems are self-regulated and turn the compressor on and off automatically. This largely depends on your system’s requirements. If your compressor won’t turn on or function like normal, it’s a sign that there’s a problem.	3.Unusual sounds coming from compressor One of the most noticeable symptoms of a potential problem with the compressor is abnormal noises during operation. If the compressor is allowed to continuously operate with abnormal sounds, it may eventually result in damage to the compressor that will cause it to fail.

Returns Policy
