All products come with a 30 days limited warranty against manufacturers defects including bulbs, led outage, and water leak.
No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way.

Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping.
All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged).
If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier.
No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with order number issued by our company clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Packages received without a valid order number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
If the item was damaged, defected, or wrong item shipped, our RMA department will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email if needed, also UPS claim will be filed, we will have to wait until the claim approved before we can exchange any item for customers.
Installation is HIGHLY recommended to be done by skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers. Parts that are modified in any way or damaged as result of improper installation will not approved for return.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue of your RMA number.
Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange once it has been received by our RMA department.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by return department.
Most of our products do not come with instructions and won't be provided, professional installation is highly recommended.

Store Policy
All domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground for mid and large size packages, small package are shipped via USPS post office. All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states and PO Boxes are shipped via USPS post office.

USPS shipping rate is strictly for HI, AK, GU, VI, PR, APO, FPO buyers only.
Local pick-ups are allow when available, but full amount is required.
Shipment to Canada are shipped via UPS Canada Standard, other international shipments are made via USPS Express Mail (EMS), tracking is available for EMS.
All small packages for International buyers including Canada, are shipped via USPS First-Class / Priority International Mail, no tracking # will be available, buyers assumes all risks for all lost packages.
International buyers are responsible for all brokerage fees and duty tax, these fees are not charged by our company, and are not included in the total amount of the auction.
If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to UPS.
All items must be paid within 7 days, or an unpaid item notification will be filed, and item will not guaranteed in stock.

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm PST, we do not answer any emails or phone calls on weekend, and we will reply all emails in the order it was receive not by date.
At times we did received comments from buyers that they have not received our emails, reason for those are that some emails do get into the SPAM mail box, so to better assist our customer, please use the "contact seller" on your auction page, and we will answer your questions thru ebay' message system.
Our listings are made by our automated listing programs and during the high season time (holidays), there might be times that popular merchandise are backorder due it being oversold, we do try our best to keep the inventory accurate for the item that we list. There might be chances that the item is out of stock before we can stop the listings. If this does happen, we will try to contact our customer and provide a few option, by offering a ETA of the item, exchange or upgrade to another item or issue a full refund, if customer does not wish to wait. 15% discount will be given for any full refund order resulted of item being out of stock when buyer reorder it at a later date.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
